Phoenix Moving LLC is seeking professional and detail-oriented movers to join the team.

We are a local moving company in Rogers, AR. We are growing rapidly and are looking for self-motivated and hard-working movers and moving helpers to join our team in Northwest Arkansas. Movers and helpers must be able to lift and move 50+ pounds and work on their feet for extended hours. All movers and helpers work part-time to full-time. All employees must work well in a team, and excel in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Experience with moving a plus
High School Diploma or GED
Able to pass a background check
Be able to lift and move 50+ pounds
Adhere to all safety standards
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Able to stand for long hours
Be a team-player, detail oriented, and be ready to work
Stamina to lift and carry heavy items
Effective communicator and maintain a positive attitude
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Capacity to listen and take direction from others
Ability to communicate with peers and the public
Work safely, carefully, and accurately
